1) Complete all the certification courses. Some answers to the exams may not specifically be in the test material. Use your experience in the automotive industry or search the internet for answers. If you cannot find the exactly what you are looking for, write down what you think the answer should be.
2) Submit the certification courses to ASCAA via email at certification@certifiedautoappraisers.com
3) We will submit your exams to all the board members to sign off on.
4) Once the board members sign off on the exams, you are officially certified. This process should take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
5) We will then email you a certificate of completion.
