The rule is simple: every report issued by Certified Auto Appraisers Inc. is signed by an ASCAA Certified Auto Appraiser and registered here with a unique Report ID. A document that does not verify here — including any report assembled with AI tools, templates, or edited from another person's report — was not issued by us.
We have found people taking copies of our reports, running them through AI and editing tools, and replacing the vehicle and claim details with their own to present them as certified appraisals. Those documents are counterfeit. They are not signed by a certified appraiser, are not backed by a workfile, and cannot be defended by testimony. Our reports are protected by copyright, and unauthorized copying, alteration or reuse will be pursued.
