These terms govern use of certifiedautoappraisers.com, our city appraisal websites, and our MCP connector for AI assistants (the "Services"), operated by the American Society of Certified Auto Appraisers ("ASCAA") and Certified Auto Appraisers Inc., doing business as AVR Group Auto Appraisal Services ("we").

Information only; engagement by invoice

Information on the Services, including fees and turnaround times, is general and may change. An appraisal engagement begins only after we review your request, you accept our invoice, and payment is received. Submitting a request through a website or AI assistant does not create an engagement or obligate you to purchase.

Appraisal services

Our appraisals are independent professional determinations of value based on the information and documents available to us. We do not guarantee that any insurer, party or court will accept a report, or any particular settlement or outcome.

Not legal advice

We are a certified appraisal firm, not a law firm. Nothing on the Services is legal advice. We do not draft court filings or represent anyone in court. Consult a licensed attorney for legal questions.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only documents you have the right to share. If an AI assistant submits a request for you, you are responsible for the information it provides.

ASCAA membership and courses

Membership and course purchases are subject to the pricing shown at checkout. Membership does not include courses unless stated. Certification status is determined by ASCAA according to its requirements.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services, including by sending spam or automated bulk submissions, attempting to access non-public data, interfering with operation, or impersonating others. We may rate-limit or block traffic that violates these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability related to any appraisal engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
